Missy Craft Martin has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2004 with a role in investment banking at KBW, where they worked until 2007. Missy then served as a Summer Associate at Allied Capital in 2008 before moving on to Alvarez and Marsal in 2009, where they worked as a Turnaround Consultant until 2013. From there, they joined Corserv Solutions, Inc. as Director of Finance and later became the Chief Financial Officer in 2014.

Missy Craft Martin attended The Lovett School for their primary and secondary education. Missy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at Wake Forest University from 2000 to 2004. Later, they completed their MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
