Carolina Ballerini

Carolina Ballerini is currently a People Manager at Cortex. Prior to their current position, they served as a Coordenador de Recursos Humanos at Sauer from September 2017 to November 2019. In this role, Carolina was responsible for a variety of HR functions, including business partnering, internal communication and engagement, recruiting and selection, intern development, and salary research.
