Lily Garfield has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being a Member of the Board of Directors at Vella Bioscience, Inc., starting in July 2020. Prior to that, Lily founded and served as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Cos Bar USA, a pioneer in independent luxury cosmetic boutiques. lily held this role from September 1976 until July 2017 and successfully expanded the business to include 14 stores throughout the United States.

Lily Garfield attended Queens College from 1969 to 1972, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
