Jenni Chapman

Jenni Chapman is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Cosine since September 2015, Jenni manages a team of Internal Recruiters, focusing on sourcing top talent for tactical and contract roles while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Prior to Cosine, Jenni worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CPM UK Limited from November 2012 to August 2015, where Jenni provided comprehensive recruitment services for high-profile clients such as P&G and Disney. Jenni began their career at Carbon60 from May 2008 to October 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader, managing recruitment for the EADS Account. Jenni’s early career includes a role as a Travel Advisor and Cabin Crew at Thomas Cook from May 2004 to April 2008, complemented by a High School education from The Grange, completed in 2004.
