Tobias Queisser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2015, they co-founded Cinelytic Inc, a machine learning-driven SaaS platform for the entertainment industry. As the CEO, they provided comprehensive data, predictive analytics, and project management tools to enable professionals to make informed decisions about content packaging, financing, production, distribution, and marketing.
In 2022, Queisser co-founded Cosmo Media Labs, a multi-functional production studio for content and Web3/metaverse experiences. The Sandbox, a decentralized gaming virtual world and a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, is the lead investor in this venture.
Prior to these entrepreneurial ventures, Queisser worked as the Founder and Producer of Arctic Pictures Limited from 2013. Tobias also served as a Producer at Lailaps Pictures during the same period.
Before embarking on their entrepreneurial journey, Queisser gained experience in finance and analysis. Tobias was the Managing Partner at TQ Capital Partners from 2009 to 2013 and held the role of Director at a Private Family Office from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Ermgassen & Co / Monitor Group from 2005 to 2008. Queisser began their career with internships at UBS, Bertelsmann, and Merrill Lynch in the early 2000s.
Tobias Queisser has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2004, they attended Cass Business School and received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Accounting & Finance, completing their studies in 2005. In 2013, they enrolled in the National Film and Television School (NFTS) and earned a Certificate in Film Production, Directing, and Production Management. During the same year, they also studied Film Finance & Production, Cinematography, and Social Media Marketing at UCLA, although no degree was specified. Prior to these endeavors, Tobias attended Regent's University London from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Bachelor (BA) Honours degree in International Business. Additionally, they participated in an exchange semester at Bentley University in 2002, focusing on International Business & Economics, and another exchange semester at ESCE Paris, again studying International Business & Economics.
