Cindy & Frank Schmader

Cindy and Frank Schmader have extensive experience in the service and hospitality industries, currently serving as Owners of ServiceMaster Clean of South Central Omaha since 2003. This IICRC Certified Firm specializes in water and fire disaster restoration, carpet cleaning, and mold remediation, offering 24-hour emergency services and free estimates. Additionally, Cindy and Frank are active members of the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce and the Council Bluffs Business Connection. Prior to establishing their business, Cindy worked as the Scheduling Manager at Marriott Reservation Center in Omaha from 1989 to 2001, and Frank held various roles including Omaha Branch Manager at White Cap Construction Supply and front office responsibilities at State Farm Insurance. Cindy’s foundational education was completed at Lewis Central from 1975 to 1979.
