Dawn Cassidy is an experienced professional with a strong background in payroll implementation, customer service, and human resources. Currently serving as a Payroll Implementation Consultant at Integrity Data since October 2020, Dawn's expertise includes implementing and training payroll solutions across various industries, honed during a 12-year tenure at Kronos Incorporated. Additionally, as a Guest Relations Specialist at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum since April 2008, Dawn excels in providing exceptional customer experiences. Previous roles include Lead Payroll Technician at SDSU Research Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed processing payroll for 2,200 employees, and Human Resources Manager at United Artists Theatre Circuit, overseeing HR and payroll functions.
