Vivyen Ray

Vivyen Ray is the current VP of Human Resources & Labor Relations at County College of Morris. Vivyen has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions at both the College of Mount Saint Vincent and Hudson County Community College. Vivyen is known for their work in developing leadership programs and initiatives that have helped improve retention rates and service delivery for both companies.

Vivyen Ray is currently working on their Doctor of Management degree at the University of Phoenix with a focus in Organizational Leadership. Vivyen also holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Education from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management from UNIVERSITY OF BALTIMORE. In addition, Vivyen Ray is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM-SCP.

They are on a team with Patrick J. Enright - VP, Professional Studies & Applied Sciences, Katie A. Olsen - Executive Director, CCM Foundation, and Melissa Albright - Executive Director, Marketing & Public Relations. Vivyen Ray reports to Anthony J. Iacono, President.
