Christianne Bijasa Kernes, MA, LMFT has extensive work experience in the behavioral health field. Christianne Bijasa began their career as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at the County of San Mateo, where they worked from 2004 to 2007. Christianne Bijasa then joined the Women's Recovery Association as an LMFT, Therapist/Counselor from 2013 to 2014. Christianne Bijasa also served as a Clinical Supervisor at the Women's Recovery Association in 2014.

In 2014, Kernes moved on to HealthRIGHT 360, where they held various roles including Clinical Supervisor from December 2014 to October 2015, Director of Clinical Services from November 2015 to December 2018, and Managing Director of Behavioral Health from January 2019 to February 2021.

Afterward, they became the Manager of Mental Health Programs at South Lake Tahoe for the County of El Dorado from March 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are working as the Deputy Director of Behavioral Health for the County of El Dorado starting from May 2022.

Kernes also has experience as a Co-Founder at LARKR, a position they have held since January 2017. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in mental health programs and clinical supervision.

Christianne Bijasa Kernes pursued their education from 2001 to 2004 at Notre Dame de Namur University. During this period, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
