Selma Kivran

Selma Kivran serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair and President at Reworld Waste since September 2022. Previously, Selma held the position of Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader at EthosEnergy from April 2020 to September 2022, where leadership in diversity and inclusion was prioritized. At Ingersoll Rand, Selma served as Executive Vice President for the West Hemisphere and General Manager of Global Commercial Direct from October 2017 to March 2020, driving significant growth in the Compressor Technology Services Business unit. Earlier roles at GE included General Manager for Aeroderivative Product Line and Distributed Power Services, overseeing substantial business segments and achieving operational success. Selma began the career as a Service Manager at GE in November 1997 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Ankara in 1997.
