Pascal Scherpian

Pascal Scherpian has extensive experience in the chemical engineering sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Covestro since January 2016, overseeing isocyanates production including HDI, IPDI, and NDI. Prior to this role, Pascal held positions as Energy Manager and Operational Excellence Expert within Covestro, and worked as Process Improvement Project Manager for Bayer MaterialScience. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Analysis Expert at Bayer Technology Services. Pascal earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universität Dortmund, focusing on process concepts in preparative chromatography, and also holds a Diplom Ingenieur in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
