Emma Werth

Emma Werth Fekkas, MBA, RPLU, currently serves as the RVP of Underwriting for the East Region at Cowbell, a position held since November 2021, following a successful career as a Senior Underwriter at AXIS Capital and Tokio Marine HCC. With prior experience as a Cyber Underwriter at NAS Insurance Services and a solid background in commercial underwriting from Zurich North America, Emma has consistently demonstrated expertise in analyzing exposures, controls, and risk assessment. Emma began their insurance career in customer service and claims roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, The Hartford, and State Farm, building a comprehensive understanding of both underwriting and claims processing. Emma holds an MBA in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toledo.
