Debra Cornish

Debra Cornish, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Cox Communications since May 2008, Debra develops and directs regional HR strategies while overseeing organizational design, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and HR systems. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at LifeStream, Inc., Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Citizens Bank, Director of Human Resources at daly.commerce, and Vice President of Human Resources at NiSource. Debra holds an MBA in Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Business from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
