Jan Schwital

Jan Schwital has extensive experience in the coffee technology industry, currently serving as Managing Director at ANKA Angewandte Kaffeetechnologie GmbH since 2019 and at CR3-Kaffeeveredelung M. Hermsen GmbH since 2009. Prior roles include Managing Director and Production Manager at the latter company and Key Account Manager at Franke + Pahl GmbH from January 2008 to June 2009. In addition, Jan Schwital has experience in agronomic practices and coffee processing from a brief position at Cooperativa Reg.Cafeic. Guaxupé in 2007. Jan Schwital's educational background includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Southampton (2003-2006) and studies at Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile in 2005 and Universität Rostock (2001-2003).
