Erica Persson is an experienced sustainability and sourcing professional with a strong background in the textile industry. Currently serving as the Sustainability and Sourcing Manager at Craft Sportswear since August 2022, Erica has previously held roles as the Sustainability and Buying Manager at Båstadgruppen AB and as Buying and Sustainability Manager at Sandryds AB. Erica's experience in buying began as a Junior Buyer at Joy Shop AB, progressing to a Buyer position at Desam Fashion Group AB. Erica holds an education from the University of Borås, completed between 1994 and 1997.
