Nataly Bondar

Nataly Bondar is an experienced professional in technical support, currently serving as the Head of the Technical Support Department at Creatio since October 2019. Prior to this role, Nataly held various positions at Terrasoft Ukraine from November 2010 to October 2019, including Head of Technical Support Department, Technical Support Analyst Team Leader, and 2nd and 3rd Line Support Team Leader. Nataly began the career as a 2nd Line Technical Support. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Specialist in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, graduated with honors from East Ukrainian Volodymyr Dahl National University in 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, also graduated with honors, from the same institution in 2009.
