Shane Weyant

Shane Weyant has had an extensive career in the composites industry. Shane began their career in 1989 as a Regional Sales Manager at Creative Composites Group, where they worked for nearly a decade. From there, they moved up within the company, holding positions as Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and later as Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, Weyant became the Chairman and CEO of Creative Composites Group.

In addition to their role at Creative Composites Group, Weyant has taken on leadership roles at various other companies. In 2003, they became a General Partner at Composite Cooling Solutions, L.P. Shane also served as Chairman and CEO of Kenway Composites in 2017, Tower Tech in 2017, Composite Advantage in 2018, and currently holds the same position at Creative Composites Group.

Weyant's expertise and leadership in the composites industry have led to their involvement on the Board of Directors for the American Composites Manufacturers Association since 2020.

Shane Weyant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Frostburg State University from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1987.
