Prabha Shankar has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Instructor at NTTF for two years before transitioning to the role of Factory Manager at Mysore General Products. In 1995, Shankar joined Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. as a Tool Design Engineer for four years. From 1999 to 2004, they served as a Project Manager at ADROITEC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (P) LIMITED. Shankar then worked as a Project Manager at Ranal from 2004 to 2010.
In 2010, Shankar joined 3D Concept Analysis & Development India PVT LTD as the Director of Automotive & Automation, where they were responsible for the Engineering Services Business until 2016. Since 2016, Shankar has been serving as the Executive Vice-President of Manufacturing Engineering at Creative Synergies Group, overseeing various digital engineering solutions for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy, and consumer products.
Prabha Shankar completed their education in a chronological manner. Prabha first attended NTTF from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Tool Design, specifically focusing on Tool & Die Making. Following this, from 1992 to 1995, they attended Annamalai University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prabha continued their studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued an MBA degree specializing in Operations Management. Lastly, they attended Coventry University from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Master's Degree in Engineering and Manufacturing Management.
