Tiffany Melo, MSOD, SHPR has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Tiffany is currently the Global Director of People and Talent Acquisition at CreatorIQ, where they oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent at SimplyInsured, where they led the talent acquisition efforts. Tiffany has also worked as the Director of Recruiting at Cheetah and as the Campus Recruiting Manager at Protiviti. In addition, Tiffany has experience in managing university talent programs, as they previously held the position of Global University Talent Programs Manager at Visa. Tiffany has also worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Yello.co. Earlier in their career, Tiffany held various roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Senior Program Manager, Recruiter, and SmartMeter Change Management Events and Logistics Planner. Tiffany has also worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at the same company. Prior to that, they served as a Volunteer Coordinator at Jumpstart at Saint Mary's College and as a Reservation Specialist at Dudum Sports and Entertainment. Tiffany brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and program management to their current role at CreatorIQ.

Tiffany also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, and Justice in the Community from Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to their academic achievements, Tiffany has certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and is certified in MBTI through The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
