Olena Urusova

Olena Urusova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the HR spectrum. Currently serving as HR Director at Credit Agricole Ukraine since April 2019, Olena focuses on group HR policy implementation, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee wellbeing, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include Director of HR at Datagroup, where Olena built HR structures and developed compensation systems, and Head of HR at DTEK, overseeing a team managing 19,000 employees in the energy division. Earlier, Olena held the position of HR Director at Delta Bank, managing HR functions across multiple branches, and started a career as a Recruitment Consultant at DOPOMOGA Ukraine. Olena holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Chernihiv State T.G. Shevchenko Pedagogical Institute and completed further education at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
