Shivam Tandon

Shivam Tandon has a diverse range of work experience in finance and credit management. Shivam most recently worked as a Lead Analyst at CARE Ratings Ltd. starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they were a Credit Manager at Edelweiss Retail Finance Limited from January 2017 to March 2019.

Before joining Edelweiss, Shivam worked as a Credit Manager at HDFC Bank from October 2015 to 2017. Shivam was responsible for file decisioning, training vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining business flexibility, and collaborating with various departments for smooth operation.

Shivam also worked as an Assistant Manager at Power2SME in 2015, where they developed credit risk rating models and collaborated with risk and finance teams for project improvements. Shivam gained experience as a Rating Executive at CRISIL Limited from 2012 to 2015, where they reviewed financial statements, analyzed creditworthiness, and conducted continuous surveillance of a portfolio of companies.

Shivam'searlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Broadridge from 2009 to 2012, where they prepared credit risk assessment reports and conducted financial analysis. Shivam started their career as an Accountant at Snaghal Trading Corporation in 2005, where they handled bookkeeping and coordinated with banks for credit appraisal.

Shivam Tandon's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Boys High School and completed their HSC degree in Commerce in 2002. In 2002, they enrolled in the University of Allahabad and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B com in 2005.
