Mark Jarrell

Mark Jarrell is an experienced professional in machine learning and data engineering, currently serving as the Manager Machine Learning Engineer at Credit Sesame since October 2017. In this role, Mark specializes in productionalizing machine learning models as both real-time APIs and batch processes, having designed a Docker-based system to accommodate various data science libraries. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Data Engineer at CustomInk, where responsibilities included data warehousing, ETLing, and reporting, specifically creating a Redshift data warehouse to enhance report development. Mark's earlier experience includes a Systems Engineer position at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, focusing on user migrations and technical requirement gathering, and a Software Developer role at Multiforce Systems, where Mark developed a custom driver for an embedded fuel controller. Mark holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
