Manian RHS has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. Manian is currently the Head of HR at CreditAccess Grameen Limited since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at YES BANK from 2011 to 2022, starting as a Senior Manager in Talent Management and progressing to become the President of Human Capital Management. Before joining YES BANK, Manian worked as a Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from 2007 to 2011. Manian began their career as a Relationship Manager at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd in 2006.

Manian RHS completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, during the period from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing & Finance at Jagan Institute of Management Studies.
