Loka Pepena Niumatairua

Loka Pepena Niumatairua possesses extensive experience in human resource management and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited since July 2020. Prior to this role, Niumatairua was the General Manager of People & Culture at Nambawan Super from January 2013 to June 2020 and held a similar position at Hardware Haus from January 2012 to January 2014. Early career experience includes serving as Office Manager at General Accident Insurance from February 1996 to November 1998 and as Senior Personnel Officer at PNG Power Ltd from March 1992 to November 1995. Niumatairua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Papua New Guinea, completed between January 1987 and November 1990.
