Thomas Schin

Tom Schin, Creator of Build Better Culture, has been a staple in the recruitment realm for over 15 years working with businesses throughout the Capital District, small and large. Prior to this part of his career, he worked for 10 years as a leader and manager in the publishing industry. Tom brings with him broad training and relationship building experience. In recent years, he has served as President of CRRN, and currently is on the Board of Directors for the Home Made Theater. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Saratoga, and is a CultureTalk Certified Partner. By day he’s helping organizations find skilled team members, and by night he’s partnering with local companies to build stronger culture, engagement and leadership programs.
