Juliet Mountford

Juliet Mountford currently serves as the Director of Client Services at Crisis, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Juliet was the Head of Operational Delivery Profession Team at HMRC from March 2021 to September 2022 and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at NCT Charity from July 2016 to August 2020, where leadership included significant contributions to the organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes roles such as Executive Director of Parent Services at NCT, Director of UK Service Development at the British Red Cross, and Director of the Efficiency and Reform Group at the Cabinet Office. Juliet holds a Master of Science in Social Research Methods and Social Policy from The London School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of York.
