Cindy Gapinski

Cindy is currently the VP, Client Partner at Critical Mass since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cindy held positions as a Client Partner at POP where Cindy also served as a Senior Account Director and Account Director. Before that, Cindy worked as a Marketing Manager at Freefly Systems. With their experience as an Account Supervisor at 50,000feet, Cindy led teams in strategic planning and creative development. Additionally, Cindy founded Small Comfort, a business delivering handmade pot pies. Cindy also worked at Symmetri Marketing Group as a Digital Manager and at Biersma Creative as an Account/Project Manager. Cindy holds a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
