Shannon Sisler

Shannon Sisler is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive leadership experience in various organizations. Since September 2017, Shannon has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Crocs, overseeing global HR and workplace strategies. Prior to Crocs, Shannon held senior roles at Western Union, DaVita, Janus Henderson Investors U.S., TeleTech, Level 3 Communications, and Accenture, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity, and global HR operations. Shannon holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
