Mike Maddox

Mike Maddox is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CrossFirst Bank and CrossFirst Bankshares, a role held since November 2008, showcasing a commitment to serving the financial needs of clients and fostering trusted relationships. Prior to this position, Mike served as Regional President of INTRUST Bank from 2000 to 2008, overseeing banking operations in Northeast Kansas. Mike holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Commerce from the same institution.
