Layla Huang

Layla Huang has worked in the customer service and environmental engineering industries for the past 10 years. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at Taiwan Environment Scientific Co., Ltd. Following this, they were a Project Manager at Legend Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they began working at the Water Resources Bureau of Taichung City Government as a Project Officer, where they managed the project of reviewing and rezoning the sewage system and wastewater treatment plants to adapt to growths in population. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Tyro Payments as a Customer Support Administrator, Customer Support Specialist, and Terminal Configuration and Repairs Specialist. Currently, they are a Customer Support Team Lead, Senior Customer Support Specialist, and Customer Support Specialist at CryptoTaxCalculator.

Layla Huang obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from National Cheng Kung University between 2009 and 2011. Layla then obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from National Cheng Kung University between 2005 and 2009. In 2017, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Australian Ideal College and a NAATI in English to Chinese Professional Translator from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained an Environmental Engineer certification from Engineers Australia.
