Michael Beck

Michael Beck has extensive work experience in human resources and benefits and compensation management. Michael has worked as an Assistant Director of Benefits and Compensation at Community Services for Children, Inc. since 2019, where they oversee the agency's benefit program and handles strategic issues related to cost reduction and plan structure. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at New Vitae Wellness and Recovery from 2007 to 2019, where they managed all HR functions and ensured compliance with HR standards. Michael also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and Technical Recruiter at MFG Systems Corporation from 1999 to 2007, where they handled employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and various administrative duties.

Michael Beck attended Northampton Community College from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies. Michael then pursued further education at Penn State University from 1995 to 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice.
