Jill Thimjon

Jill Thimjon is an accomplished Executive Director of Talent Development at CSG, where Jill has directed enterprise-wide talent development initiatives since January 2001. With a robust background in learning and development, Jill has led international teams in customer education services and solution training, focusing on software-based product education and training metrics to demonstrate business value. Prior experience includes managing documentation teams and editorial responsibilities at First Data Corporation and serving as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jill holds a BA in English from Miami University and an MA in English from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
