Natacha Emilien

Natacha Emilien has a diverse work experience history, starting with their current role as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at CSI Energy Group. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at La Trobe Co. Ltd and Attitude Hotels. Natacha also founded Board of Good, a non-profit initiative empowering women leaders in Mauritius. Natacha has held positions such as Non-Executive Director and Investor at KazaCare and Nova Interaction, respectively. Additionally, they have worked as the Executive Director and Chief Transformation & Support Services Officer at Eagle Insurance, and held various roles at Red Dot, Safyr Utilis Ltd, and Apave International.

Natacha Emilien's education history starts with their high school education. Natacha obtained their Baccalaureat degree in Sciences from Lycee Labourdonnais, which they completed from 1986 to 1998.

Natacha then pursued further education at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they obtained a DEUG degree in Sciences de La Matiere from 1998 to 2000.

Following that, they attended the University of Montpellier and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 2000 to 2001. Continuing their studies at the same university, they completed a Master's degree in Electronics and Automation from 2001 to 2002.

Afterward, Natacha enrolled at Polytech Montpellier, where they pursued a Diplome d'Ingénieur in Microélectronique et Automatismes Industriels from 2002 to 2004.

Natacha then furthered their education at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2004 to 2005.
