Surabhie Guleria

Surabhie Guleria started their work experience in 2013 at Husys Consulting Ltd., where they worked as an Associate HR. Surabhie handled various projects, including HRFM Client Accelerator Group, where they were involved in designing organizational charts, preparing job descriptions, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee handbooks. Surabhie also managed the onboarding of new employees and the payroll for a 10-person organization. Surabhie then joined CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. in 2016 as a Senior Associate HR before being promoted to Assistant Manager Human Resources in August 2018.

Surabhie Guleria completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Sree Shikshayatan College. Surabhie attended the college from 2007 to 2010.

Later, Surabhie pursued a postgraduate diploma in HR (Human Resources) from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Surabhie completed their PGDM degree from 2011 to 2013.
