Christian Echterbille is a culinary professional with extensive experience in French-American cuisine. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Brasserie 1895 since July 2016, Christian leads kitchen operations and menu development while also imparting culinary knowledge as a Professor of Cuisine at the Culinary Institute Lenotre.
