Rachel Blasbalg (Klein)

Rachel (Klein) Blasbalg has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rachel began their career as a Human Resources Representative at Curis in 2004 and steadily rose through the ranks. Rachel served as a Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Human Resources before assuming their most recent position as Senior Director in 2019. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strategic planning and effective management coaching skills. Rachel is also experienced in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and event planning. Prior to their time at Curis, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager at Media Map from 2002 to 2003. Rachel also gained experience at Sterling Hager Inc. as a Human Resources professional from 1999 to 2001.

Rachel (Klein) Blasbalg earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in November 2004, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2015.
