Aimee Cheng-Yu

Aimee Cheng-Yu has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as a Recruiting Assistant at Quantum. Aimee then worked as a Staffing Officer at JDS Uniphase in 1997. From 1998 to 2013, Aimee worked as a Sr Staffing Specialist at Harrington Staffing Services/Informatics Resources, where they performed full cycle recruitment and provided guidance to clients and candidates in various sectors. In 2013, they joined IT/net as a Sr Recruiter, a subsidiary of KPMG. Currently, Aimee is the Lead Talent Partner at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they support various business units in talent acquisition for commercial, industrial, defense, and nuclear power markets internationally.

Aimee Cheng-Yu completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and MIS from the University of Ottawa between 1993 and 1997. Aimee also holds additional certifications, including "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn and "Board Member - Ottawa Chapter" from TALK, obtained in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
