Jennifer Venne-Redlund has over 25 years of work experience. Jennifer started their career in 1995 as an Assistant Manager at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC, where they worked closely with other management personnel in planning marketing activities and hiring and training food service personnel. Jennifer also investigated and resolved complaints related to food quality and service. In 2004, Jennifer transitioned into the role of a Restaurant Systems Support Specialist at the same company, providing technical assistance to computer system users and resolving computer problems for clients. Jennifer worked in this role until December 2020. In January 2021, they joined Custom Business Solutions as a Level 1's-Support Team Lead.
Jennifer Venne-Redlund began their education in 1985 at Cathedral High School, where they pursued a High School Diploma with a focus on Arts/Science. Jennifer successfully completed their studies in 1990. In 2004, Jennifer enrolled at Springfield Technical Community College and embarked on their studies for a Liberal Arts Degree, with a field of study in General Studies. Jennifer dedicated almost a decade to their academic pursuits, and their degree was still in progress when their education history was last recorded in 2013.
