David Taylor joined the CCS team in the summer of 2020. He previously held the role as the Assistant Vice President, Operations, for Warrantech Amtrust Financial. David has worked in the Call Center Industry for over 20 years with a vast range of experience in operational efficiencies and process management. Here at CCS, David oversees the CCS Enterprise and has provided an in-depth analytical approach which has aided in the growth by measuring and reporting the opportunities and successes. He also enjoys enhancing the professional and personal lives of the team members here at CCS. He is heavily involved in creating the most satisfactory consumer experience for the customers and team members and his breadth of knowledge of Call Center management naturally lends itself to these endeavors.
