April Stare

April Stare, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Government Programs Quality Management at CVS Health, overseeing the Medicare Stars program and managing quality performance for Medicare Part C and D Star Ratings. Previously, April held various roles including Senior Manager of Quality Measurement & Analytics at CVS Health, Senior Project/Program Management Consultant at Celerity, and several IT management positions at Highmark Inc., where responsibilities included application implementation, process optimization, and managing large teams for client support in government markets and technical projects. Earlier in the career, April gained experience as an IT Manager and Software Developer at D&H Distributing and Electronic Data Systems. April holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simpson College.
