Paul Conaty

Paul Conaty has over 20 years of experience in the technology and cybersecurity industry. Paul has held various roles such as Client Solutions Director at CWSI and Principal Consultant at the GDPR Awareness Coalition. At CWSI, Paul provided strategic advice on modern endpoint security and management as well as security led digital transformation. Paul also served as the Head of CWSI's Strategic Enterprise Mobility consultancy division, where they provided advisory services on topics including security and regulatory compliance. Prior to their role at CWSI, Paul worked as an IT Senior Systems Engineer at UPC Ireland, responsible for LAN and server architecture and support. Paul also worked as an IT Field Engineer at a&o Systems & Services, providing support for various customers around Ireland.

Paul Conaty's education history includes a QQI Level 8 certificate in Business Analysis from the National College of Ireland, obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the Limerick Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Information Services, focusing on business, IT, HR, and law. In 1999 to 2000, Paul obtained a Certificate in Information Technology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, specializing in IT architecture, networking, and software development. Additionally, Paul received their Leaving Cert from Oatlands CBS in 1996.
