Jeanne Kiralfy

Jeanne Kiralfy has over 8 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and client services. Jeanne began their career in 2011 as a Business Development Manager and Client Services Representative at hibu. In 2015, they moved to Innovare Medical Media as a Marketing Consultant. Most recently, they have been the Director of Sales Experience at CX University since 2017. At CX University, they are responsible for talent development in the Customer Experience discipline. Jeanne offers online courses, e-learning modules, and action learning workshops to build talent eco-systems in customer experience, patient experience, student experience, and member experience.
