From 2016 to 2018, Michel held the position of Senior Director Global Marketing Operations at Avaya, leading all aspects of marketing operations, including strategy, planning, resource management, data automation, and pipeline management. After that, they attended the College of Engineering and Architecture of Fribourg from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science with a specialization in electronics, computing, and telecommunications.
