Nirmal Shah

Nirmal Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client delivery, data strategy, and customer success. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Delivery and Success at TikaMobile, Inc. since April 2023, Nirmal previously held roles in data strategy and customer success at Tamr, as well as in various leadership positions at TikaMobile, Ernst & Young, and MicroStrategy. Nirmal's career began as a Software Engineer at Iron Mountain and as a Software Engineer Intern at EMC. Nirmal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Nirmal has educational ties to St. Xavier's Boys' Academy and the Gemological Institute of America.
