Yael Persky Kissin started their work experience at the Prime Minister's Office in 2007, where they worked in the Procedure department, focusing on writing internal procedures for different units and supporting their implementation. In 2010, they interned at Matry Meiri & Co. law offices and eventually became an Advanced intern. From 2012 to 2015, Yael worked as a Tender Administrator at the Technological Incubators program, Office of the chief scientist, responsible for managing tenders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2016, they joined the Israel Innovation Authority as the Manager of Entrepreneurship Programs, where they developed and implemented the "Technological Innovation Labs" program, facilitating cooperation between industrial corporations and startup companies.

In 2018, Yael had two concurrent roles. Yael became the owner and designer of their own brand, Tomika, specializing in fashion jewelry. Yael oversaw all aspects of the business, including design, marketing, e-commerce website management, customer service, and stock management. Additionally, they worked at Microsoft as a Privacy Champ, focusing on privacy-related matters.

Lastly, in 2021, Yael joined Cyberbit as part of their Legal Operations team.

Yael Persky Kissin completed their education at Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Yael'sfield of study at Tel Aviv University was focused on Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Prior to their MBA, they attended Reichman University, where they pursued a dual degree program from 2007 to 2010. At Reichman University, Yael obtained both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A). Yael'sfield of study at Reichman University was Law & Business.
