Catalin Cioba

Catalin Cioba has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Their most recent role was as a Software Engineer at Cyberhaven. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mosaic.tech. At Google, they served as a Software Engineer and worked on an internal web application, utilizing Java on the backend and Dart on the frontend. At @RISK Technologies, Inc., they were a Big Data Engineer, primarily focusing on writing Apache Spark jobs for cybersecurity threat detection and developing new features for backend systems. Catalin Cioba obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, which they pursued from 2014 to 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2019, they attended West University of Timișoara and completed their Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Catalin Cioba also received a certification in "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from Coursera in March 2023.
