Alain Hajjar

Alain Hajjar has over 25 years of work experience in the information technology field. Alain began their career in 1994 as a Software Developer for Counselware Inc. Alain then moved to Artifex Internet Inc. in 1995, where they held the same role. In 1996, they worked as a Quality Assurance Consultant for NORDX/CDT and a Senior Technical Consultant for NavLink. In 2000, they became a Senior Systems Integration Consultant for SRA International, Inc. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Owner/Senior Information Technology Consultant for HAforce LLC, providing systems, networking, storage, and security services. Alain then worked as the Technical Director for CyberPoint International, LLC from 2010 to the present, leading a team of information security professionals and developing and implementing comprehensive risk-based security assessment processes.

Alain Hajjar completed a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal between 1991 and 1993, and attended Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth from 1988 to 1990. Alain has also obtained numerous certifications from GIAC Certifications, including GIAC Advisory Board (2010), GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) (2011), GIAC Network Forensic Analyst (GNFA) (2015), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) (2011), GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) (2014), GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA) (2010), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) (2013), GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics (GASF) (2017) and GIAC Assessing and Auditing Wireless Networks (GAWN) (2012).
