Carlos Mercado has extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the CEO and Owner of Cyberworks Technology Group since November 2016, where services include managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions for small businesses in Williamson County and surrounding areas. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions as Helpdesk Manager at New American Funding and Helpdesk Team Lead at OneWest Bank. Early career roles included Field Repair Technician and Technical Support Representative at Dell, as well as WS Graphics Test Engineer Analyst at AMD.
