Megha Varshini Tamilarasan

Megha Varshini Tamilarasan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Global volunteer at AIESEC. From 2021 to 2022, they co-founded Yours Wowfully. In 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Trainee at IFORTIS WORLDWIDE™ and later as a Community Moderator at Metafluence. Megha Varshini also served as a Web3 Event Ambassador at Octaloop. In 2022, they joined Startup Atom as a Human Resources Intern and later became a Founders' Office Associate, handling HR and Admin responsibilities. In 2023, they worked at Trigan as the Head of HR and Operations and later became the Chief Innovation Officer. Megha Varshini also founded Indi Verse DAO in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, they founded Cyborg Network and served as the COO.

Megha Varshini Tamilarasan completed their Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology at PSG College of Arts and Science from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate diploma in International Business at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Megha Varshini obtained several certifications, including "What Is the Metaverse?" and "Building Online Communities" from LinkedIn in December 2022 and November 2022, respectively. Megha Varshini also obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from Great Learning in May 2022 and in SAP HR-HCM (Beginner) from Udemy: Online Courses in May 2022. Earlier in June 2020, they received certifications in Business Writing (with Honors), Graphic Design, and Successful Presentation from Coursera. In July 2019, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Nutrition and Health: Food Risks.
