Steve Cagle

Steve Cagle, MBA, HCISPP, CHISL, CDH-E, currently serves as a Board Member for AEHIS since January 2024 and has been the CEO of Clearwater since May 2018, where the focus is on empowering healthcare providers in cybersecurity, risk management, and HIPAA compliance. In addition to these roles, Cagle is the Executive Chairman and a Director on the Board for CMP Pharma, Inc., guiding its strategic direction and business planning. Previous experience includes leadership positions at M2S, Moberg Pharma, and Sparta Systems, spanning various sales, marketing, and operational roles across the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Cagle holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Rutgers University.
